All About Full Flight Hunting Preserve

We opened Full Flight Hunting Preserve in 2007, and every year since, hunters have returned to further master their wing shooting skills. Our pointing dogs are English Pointers and Brittany Spaniels, and they will really put on a show for you.

Full Flight Hunting Preserve offers a true and genuine escape to the great outdoors and into a quail and duck hunter’s paradise. Located along the verdant banks of the historic Okatoma River in Southeast Mississippi, Full Flight Hunting Preserve’s main focus is on relaxation and providing the best possible quail and duck hunting experience for our guests.

What to Bring for the Quail Hunt

• Some type of hunter's orange (cap or vest).
• 12, 20 or 28 gauge shotgun shells.
• 7 1/2, 8 or 9 shot.
• Most of the time, leather boots will be fine, unless we have had a lot of rain, then rubber boots will be necessary.
• An ice chest to carry home your birds.
• Some ear protection.

License

The only license that you will need, if you are a resident of Mississippi, is a Small Game License or a Mississippi Shooting Preserve License. Out of state hunters will need the same.

What to Bring for the Duck Hunt

• Camouflage Clothing & Leather Boots - You will be in an elevated Duck Blind near water.
• 12, 20 or 28 gauge shotgun shells.
• 4, 5 or 6 Lead Shot - NO STEEL SHOT
• An ice chest to carry home your birds.
• Some ear protection.

License

Full Flight Hunting Preserve is a licensed Shooting / Hunting preserve. Therefore, we do not require Federal or State Duck Stamps.
